Emissions
On 29 April 2006, Legislative Decree no. 152 dated 03.04.2006 (so-called "Consolidated Environment Act") came into force, incorporating various environmental provisions.
Having been amended several times over the years, the regulation contains the current provisions regarding atmospheric emissions, water discharges and soil protection, waste and packaging management, reclamation, environmental impact assessment, IPPC, etc.
The regulation consists of six parts and 58 annexes detailing the regulatory, technical and administrative aspects related to environmental protection.
