Toxic Gas

The use of toxic gas is regulated by Royal Decree January 9, 1927 no. 147, table 2 of which sets out the list of gases recognised as toxic, for the use of which certain limitations and specific conditions are set forth.

Royal Decree of January 9, 1927 no. 147, whose importance in the national regulations in force is unchanged and which represents a source of inspiration for all subsequent regulations in the sector, defines the rules for all stages of use of toxic gases (use, safekeeping, storage and transport)
